Although the minimum design size is 2″ × 2″, you may upload artwork that is smaller than this. However, pricing will be based on the minimum size of 2″ × 2″. For example, even if your file is 1″ × 1″, it will be charged as a 2″ × 2″ design.

There is no minimum quantity required for each design. However, all orders are subject to a minimum charge of one square foot (144 square inches).

For example:

• If you order 20 logos measuring 2″ × 3″, the total area is 120 square inches, which is less than one square foot. Therefore, you will be charged for one square foot.

• If you order 50 logos measuring 1″ × 6″, pricing will be based on 2″ × 6″ per logo because the minimum chargeable dimension is 2 inches.

Yes, you can pick up your order on the next business day after you receive an email confirming your order is complete

PNG and TIFF with transparent background are good options. Additionally, PDF is a suitable choice since it will enable us to set up the print file according to the requirements.

For each design, pricing is calculated based on square footage using the dimensions and quantity provided in your upload file.

Formula:
(Height × Width × Quantity ÷ 144) × Price per square foot

For example, if you upload a file with dimensions of 3″ × 4″ and request 75 copies, and the DTF transfer price is $6 CAD per square foot, the calculation will be:

(3 × 4 × 75 ÷ 144) × 6 = $37.50 CAD

The total price will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

For gang sheets, pricing starts at $4.00 per square foot for a 22″ × 96″ gang sheet and increases to $5.00 per square foot for a 22″ × 24″ gang sheet.

We only print the design that you submit to our website as is and we do not offer any design touch up or edit requests as a part of our service. This is because we want to ensure that your design is printed exactly as you intended it to be.

The production time is one business day, and we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible, no later than the next business day. Of course, we will provide a tracking number so that you can track the order’s progress and estimate its arrival time.

• Residents of Calgary can enjoy next-business-day delivery through our standard courier at a set fee of $15.
• Free Pick-up in-store 

For shipments outside of Calgary, we utilize UPS, and Purolator

To avoid the frequent delays and transit issues associated with Canada Post and Canpar, we have removed them from our carrier network. We only use high-reliability couriers to get your package to you on time.

We only print the design that you submit to our website as it is. We do not offer any design touch-up or edit requests as a part of our service. This is because we want to ensure that your design is printed exactly as you intended it to be.

Tip: The clean sharp edge without any live pixels around the picture is key. 

The short answer is no. It may do the job in some circumstances, but it is strongly recommended to use the actual heat press machine which we normally use for vinyl, screen print transfer, or iron-on embroidery patches. DTF not only needs heat but also requires good pressure to bond the transfer to the fabric.
