Although the minimum size of the design is 1″ x 1″, there is absolutely no minimum quantity required for each design. However, the total order is calculated based on one square foot, which is 144 square inches.
For example, if you have ordered 20 of 2×3 inch logos, you will be charged for one square foot, even though it is less than one square foot.
Yes, you can pick up your order on the next business day after you receive an email confirming your order is complete
PNG and TIFF with transparent background are good options. Additionally, PDF is a suitable choice since it will enable us to set up the print file according to the requirements.
Order Processing:
DTF orders placed during regular weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) will ship or be ready for pickup on the next business day.
This means your order will be processed and ready for pickup or shipping on the next business day — not on the same day the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you place an order after 5:00 PM, we will receive and begin processing it on the next business day at 8:30 AM, and delivery or pickup will occur the day after processing.
Examples:
Order placed Monday at 9:00 AM: Expected delivery Tuesday at 9:00 AM.
Order placed Wednesday at 2:00 PM: Expected delivery Thursday at 2:00 PM.
Order placed Thursday at 7:00 PM: We will start processing your order Friday at 8:30 AM; expected delivery Monday at 8:30 AM.
Order placed Friday at 4:30 PM: Expected delivery Monday at 4:30 PM.
Order placed Sunday at 10:00 AM: We will start processing your order Monday at 8:30 AM; expected delivery Tuesday at 8:30 AM.

If you place an order during regular business hours, it will be delivered or ready for pickup the following business day (not including weekends or holidays).
Our prices are calculated per square foot based on the dimensions and quantity provided in your upload file. We do not consider the empty spaces between each design.
Formula: (Height) x (Width) x (Quantity) / 144 x Product Price.
For example, if you uploaded a file with dimensions of 3″ x 4″ and requested 75 copies, and the DTF transfer price is 5 CAD per square foot, our website will calculate the price as (3 x 4 x 75 / 144 x 5 = 31.25 CAD) on the backend and show you the total price on the shop page.
We only print the design that you submit to our website as is and we do not offer any design touch up or edit requests as a part of our service. This is because we want to ensure that your design is printed exactly as you intended it to be.
However, If you have any concerns or questions about your design, please let us know before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
The production time is one business day, and we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible, no later than the next business day. Of course, we will provide a tracking number so that you can track the order’s progress and estimate its arrival time.

Presently for online orders, we provide 2 shipping options:
- Residents of Calgary can enjoy next-business-day delivery through our standard courier at a set fee of $15.
- Pick-up in-store
For shipments outside of Calgary, we utilize Canpar, UPS, and Purolator

We only print the design that you submit to our website as it is. We do not offer any design touch-up or edit requests as a part of our service. This is because we want to ensure that your design is printed exactly as you intended it to be.
Tip: The clean sharp edge without any live pixels around the picture is key.
The short answer is no. It may do the job in some circumstances, but it is strongly recommended to use the actual heat press machine which we normally use for vinyl, screen print transfer, or iron-on embroidery patches. DTF not only needs heat but also requires good pressure to bond the transfer to the fabric.
