  • Custom Printed orders are not refundable, therefore, we do not accept any returns or refunds.
  • We prioritize delivering top-quality DTF printing service, ensuring accurate and efficient printouts of your designs. However, Please note that we print exactly what you submit; no design touch-ups or edits are offered. It’s your responsibility to ensure your uploaded design is print-ready, meeting our guidelines available for each product or service on our website. Visit our Art Specification page for detailed instructions on file formats, resolution, color mode, and size. and some limitations that have to be considered during file preparation. The DTF and UV DTF process requires a Vector file or a PNG Image of at least 300 DPI, with Sharp and Clean edges without any transparent live pixels.
  • If your file has drop shadow or any transparent pixels around it, you should expect to receive a transfer with a solid White under the shadows or white border around it.
  • After receiving your transfers, inspect them closely. If any issues arise due to digital errors, shipping damage, or if you’re dissatisfied, contact us at order@decotransfer.ca  We’re committed to resolving problems promptly and will reprint the same file at no charge.
  • It’s crucial to proofread your transfer sheets, ensuring the correct size, color, and design before applying them to garments.
  • Please note that WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY for the loss of garments due to the application of incorrect transfers, regardless of who is at fault.
