We convert artwork to halftones, remove backgrounds, and knockout garment colors for softer, cleaner prints.

This service is ideal for:
• Designs with large solid backgrounds that would normally feel thick or heavy on the garment.
• Artwork with gradient shadows, fades, or glow effects that require smooth blending.
• Bulk orders, where the one-time $50 setup cost has very little impact on the final cost per print.
The maximum design size is 14×18 Inches
Acceptable file formats include PNG, JPEG, Bitmap
Please upload your design, and we will convert it into a print-ready halftone file and email it back to you. This service also includes one DTF print sample of the halftone artwork for testing before placing a bulk order.

Please Note: This process may not be suitable for all designs. Artwork with large semi-transparent areas or complex effects may not look exactly like the original file after conversion. We will review your submitted artwork and contact you if any adjustments are recommended. If the design is not suitable for this process, we will issue a full refund. Standard turnaround time is 24 hours. If we need to contact you regarding artwork updates or revisions, delivery will be within 24 hours after we receive your response.
