How to Apply

Custom UV stickers:

1.  Clean the surface: Start by cleaning the surface where you want to apply the transfer.  Use a lint free cloth and rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt, oil, etc that may be present.  By doing so, this will allow the transfer to adhere properly.  Allow the item to air dry before applying.

2.  Peel away the backing: Gently peel the backing paper off the transfer.  Be careful not to touch the adhesive side of the printed transfer.

3. Carefully position the transfer:  Position the transfer on the prepared surface.  Apply the transfer slowly from one side to another, smoothing out any bubbles that form as you go.  Use your fingers or a straight edge card (like a credit card).  For larger transfers (mug wraps), it is better to start from the center and move to the left and right.

4. Apply pressure:  Once the transfer has been placed onto the surface use your finger to apply pressure throughout the design.  For larger prints, use a squeegee.  This step will help ensure a bond between the transfer and surface.

5. Remove clear transfer tape: Gently peel the clear transfer tape away from the surface.  Work slowly from one side to ensure you don’t pull up the transfer from the surface.  If the transfer does pull up, just push it back down and rub decal to the surface with firm pressure before trying to remove it again.
