DTF orders placed during regular weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM) will ship or be ready for pickup on the next business day.
This means your order will be processed and ready for pickup or shipping on the next business day — not on the same day the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you place an order after 4:30 PM, we will receive and begin processing it on the next business day, and delivery or pickup will occur the day after processing.
Examples:
Order placed Monday at 9:00 AM: Expected delivery Tuesday at 9:00 AM.
Order placed Wednesday at 2:00 PM: Expected delivery Thursday at latest 2:00 PM.
Order placed Thursday at 7:00 PM: We will start processing your order Friday at 8:30 AM; expected delivery Monday at 8:30 AM.
Order placed Friday at 4:30 PM: Expected delivery Monday at latest 4:30 PM.
Order placed Sunday at 10:00 AM: We will start processing your order Monday at 8:30 AM; expected delivery Tuesday at 8:30 AM.
